Having spent 9 years in the heat treating industry, I’ve worked in positions ranging from sales to quality to operational management. My focus has been helping customers engineer processes to achieve their goals with the materials and processes they want to use. I’ve assisted in failure mode analysis to determine material or process changes and worked with engineers and end users in problem solving processes and reducing unwanted results.
